After serving in the US military, I joined Avanade as an opportunity to build my career in the civilian world. Over the past five years I’ve had the opportunity to grow professionally in our fast-growing organization.

When first joining Avanade, I was pleasantly surprised at the number of similarities I found between this IT consulting company and my life in the military. I have the opportunity to partner with colleagues from around the globe in order to bring a project together, I’m always seeking new ways to motivate the team think differently and to achieve common goals, and the comradery built here amongst talented and driven people makes me feel right at home. It’s rewarding to collaborate with my team and drive real results for our clients and their customers.

I also appreciate the balance I’m able to find between my work life and personal passions.
