Rabea Reitmeier has been responsible for the Industrial Equipment division in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since September 2022. She successfully supports industrial companies in their digital transformation and the implementation of intelligent industrial solutions and makes their business future-proof - including customer and employee experience. Rabea Reitmeier has spent almost her entire professional career, over 22 years, in IT consulting at Avanade and previously at the parent company Accenture. She has held various management roles, both in complex IT transformation projects and in solution sales, and most recently as Head of the Microsoft Business Application CRM division. “What I love most about my job is that I get to spend every day with many different inspiring, talented, committed and forward-thinking people and realize excellent customer projects together with them – that is what motivates and drives me."
