As Chief Human Resources Officer, Dave Gartenberg is responsible for the strategic direction of all aspects of Avanade’s people management, including training and development, performance management and succession planning. He also plays a key role in helping to enhance the employee experience and advance Avanade as a digital workplace.

 

Dave comes to Avanade from Slalom, where he was the CHRO for the past four years during a period of high growth. Dave began his career as an economic analyst, before shifting direction to organizational effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years at Microsoft in a variety of roles, including HR general manager of the company’s Customer Services and Support organization. Dave holds an MBA with a concentration in organizational behavior.
