Paolino is an Avanade Executive serving as the ERP Business Applications Area Lead in Europe. He joined Avanade in 2019 to work on developing our market strategies, go-to market plan and overall business development for Europe and enhancing the Avanade partnership with Accenture and Microsoft. Paolino's vision is to be at the heart of the Digital Transformation taking place in all the industries and supporting his customers by building cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on innovation and through the adoption of new technologies (Artificial Intelligence , Machine Learning etc.) beyond ERP.
