Oliver Richardson
Oliver leads Avanade’s Workplace Experience practice for N. America. He has a passion for team-based problem solving, designing new processes, and adapting technology to solve business problems in a human centric way.
He is based out of Chicago where he lives with his wife Jessica and son Hugo. As a family, they love to sail on Lake Michigan, watch disaster movies, and cook any cuisine from around the world (as long as it’s spicy).
