Vincent is een Senior Project manager and joined Avanade in 2005. His career started as solution developer and currently a Project Manager with technical knowhow. He successful delivered multinational projects combined with large on- and offshore teams and a wide variety of Microsoft technologies. Efficient in problem solving, adopting the right delivery method, team enabler and a perfectionist, this makes Vincent valuable within the Avanade team.

Why I’ve stayed at Avanade for 15 years
Before I knew it, I was celebrating my 15th anniversary at Avanade. Why did I stayed all those years? This is an employer who gives me continuous challenges every day and adopts my career instead of the other way around. Every time I start to feel unchallenged, there are new opportunities I could take to get re-inspired and grow into a new role.
