Sue joined Avanade in March 2018, initially in a Global lead role to drive business growth with strategic ecosystems partners, leveraging 30+ years of experience in business development and partnering.
Over the last 11 months, Sue has brought her passion for the potential of all people to a new leadership role on Inclusion and Diversity for the Global Solution Areas for Avanade. Inclusion and Diversity is a strategic priority for Avanade, a critical element of making a positive #HumanImpact, and Sue is both a trail-blazer and an enabler in surfacing and supporting solutions for both I and D, to help Avanade continually improve in being an inclusive and diverse place to work. When she’s not focused on I&D, Sue supports the well-being programme at Avanade, providing guidance and top tips on ‘Being Your Own Coach’, a workshop focusing on self-support and being kinder to each other in these difficult times.
