Avanade’s 14 ENs, each supported by an Executive Committee champion, create communities where we celebrate every person’s unique capability, perspective and voice. Leadership commitment

While we have a Global Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer and a team of I&D and well-being professionals, employees at all levels own and contribute to make Avanade an inclusive employer where our employees can attain their career aspirations. Our Executive Committee all have Inclusion, Diversity & Well-being commitment frameworks and metrics, that they evaluate and report on quarterly.

These commitment frameworks are intended to create transparency, consistency and accountability. Each framework details how the Executive Committee (EC) member will personally drive inclusion, diversity and well-being and what their team or department will drive to accelerate progress against our strategic outcomes.

In 2024, we have achieved:

  • 1,300 leaders attended Winning with Wellbeing and Inclusion
  • 23.5% Director+ from underrepresented groups
