In 2020, he assumed the role of Avanade’s Growth Markets Area President, where he made significant contributions to the business. Under his leadership, Avanade achieved an impressive 80% growth in both revenue and headcount. Additionally, Rodrigo’s exceptional work was recognized with 24 Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards, spanning all five Growth Markets regions.

As Avanade’s Chief AI Officer, Florin Rotar drives the global AI strategy and execution across all parts of our business, spanning leadership, sales, solutioning, delivery, capability and our partner ecosystem. He also accelerates Avanade’s internal transformation, identifying new ways AI can disrupt – and improve – how we work, operate and deliver for our clients.

Aaron Reich, Avanade's CTO, spearheads Avanade’s technology vision and innovation, with a keen focus on incubating advanced technologies for our global clients. His tenure at Avanade since 2012 includes leading the Emerging Technology division, enhancing capabilities in areas like SG, digital twins, and AI. With a BA in Business, Aaron's passion for technology is rooted in his early experiences with computing. Based in Seattle, he actively mentors startups and contributes to community well-being as a board president.
