Together, Workhuman, Avanade – a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft – and Microsoft built a co-engineering capability and integrated an app that connects the Workhuman platform to Microsoft 365 through Microsoft Teams. Data from Microsoft Graph API tracks user activity, context and experience and prompts employee recognition with the click of a button inside the app. Employees can give and receive recognition and celebrate life events and service milestones in real time.
